Kevin Dong began his career in public accounting, where he quickly developed deep expertise in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial operations. Known for his strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for helping businesses succeed, Kevin went on to establish Balboa Tax & Accounting Services with the vision of delivering high-quality financial guidance to growing companies and professionals.
Today, Kevin plays a key role in the firm’s leadership, overseeing business development, recruiting and training accounting professionals, and advising clients on a wide range of financial and operational matters. Through Balboa Tax & Accounting Services, he works closely with business owners and entrepreneurs to provide reliable accounting systems, strategic tax planning, and financial insight that support long-term growth.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton in 2014.

Brandon Johnson
Brandon [Last Name] brings more than a decade of experience working closely with business owners to improve profitability, strengthen financial systems, and implement strategic tax planning. As both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Coach, Brandon specializes in helping small and mid-sized businesses reduce unnecessary tax burdens while building stronger financial foundations for long-term growth.
In addition to his work advising business owners, Brandon serves as a Captain in the Oregon Army National Guard, where he has dedicated nearly two decades of service and is approaching his military retirement. His leadership experience and commitment to service strongly influence his approach to working with clients—bringing discipline, strategic thinking, and reliability to every engagement.
Today, Brandon focuses on helping entrepreneurs and business owners gain clarity in their finances, increase profitability, and implement tax strategies that allow them to keep more of what they earn while building stronger businesses and more secure futures.
